Gluten Free Sunday Dinner with Mango Salsa Recipe

Mango Salsa:

4 ripe mangos, cubed
1/2 each of a red, orange and yellow pepper chopped
1 Serrano Pepper chopped
2 Tbl. chopped cilantro
1 Tbl lime juice

Toss and serve over grilled chicken

Chicken breasts sliced thin and marinated in Italian dressing and lime juice

Fresh Corn

Ingredients for Cheddar Biscuits (From "It's All Good Without Gluten!")

Diced Mango

Peppers and Cilantro
