What happens when you are a Pastor's Wife and Celiac? You live in a wheat-free fish bowl!

Welcome to my blog. If you are looking for NORMAL, you've come to the wrong place. Nothing about my life is normal. However, if you like things quirky and interesting...if you are a Pastor's Wife, Celiac, health food nut, Vintage collector, mother, Christ follower or thrift store hunter, I hope you enjoy my ramblings. I will admit, I am uncomfortable with anything focused on me, such as a blog, but my hope is that it will be helpful to you. FYI - I am a writer by nature, so I tend to get reflective and be transparent in these ramblings. I advise you to drop your expectations and preconceived notions about pastor's wives here before reading on. "Surrendering to God is the key that unlocks the door to the life you want. A bigger spiritual "to do" list or a calendar full of church activities will not change our lives. When we give ourselves to God - mind, body, soul and spirit - HE changes us." -Nicole Johnson "Fresh Brewed Life"

Petite Sweet Bakery

Finally...a place to eat gluten free in Arlington, WA! And it was worth the wait. Petite Sweet makes their own GF bread (white and multi grain) and it was fabulous. There are many sandwiches to choose from, and they even had two soups to chose from. The atmosphere is unique and cozy with the art gallery inside. The restaurant is located on Olympic (Arlington's main street). Bread is available to order and is baked on Thursdays. Go enjoy!

I am neighbors with the woman who owns the gallery. It's such a cute little shop. :)
